DTS, 弗劳恩霍夫 Offer Sound Advances at IBC
Bringing an improved audio experience to the streaming video world, both DTS 和 弗劳恩霍夫 made significant announcements at the IBC exhibition currently underway in Amsterdam.
DTS announced that both Elemental 和 CastLabs will support live streaming of DTS-HD audio through MPEG-DASH. This will bring an immersive, high-definition audio experience to sports 和 music events, says DTS. DTS-HD offers 5.1 surround sound for computers, mobile devices, set-top boxes, 和 connected TVs.
